Twozywo is an art collective with two members, Mariusz Libel (Warsaw, Poland, 1978) and Krzysztof Sidorek (Warsaw, Poland, 1976). They have been working with drawing, illustration, stencils and posters since 1995, when they began to work together, addressing and questioning concepts such as consumerism, feminism, economy and religion in contemporary society.
For the edition of 2009 of Ingráfica, Twozywo have carried out a project titled Erostrato, representing in a graphical manner the short story of the same title, written by Jean-Paul Sartre and published in Le mur (1939).
Twozywo have edited a series of 26 posters which perfectly synthesize text and image in a work interpreting Sartre’s short story. The complete series is beeing permanently exposed at Fundación Antonio Pérez. Twozywo have also made a huge mural that can be seen on the facade of No. 9 Fray Luis de Leon, in the town centre of Cuenca.
